16U Tryouts Net New 15-Player Squad for 2009
The Austin Storm 16U “Red” team has reconvened with a new 15-player roster for 2009 summer action. Click on the 16U Red Team link for roster info (additional player profiles, info to come). Coach, practice and summer schedule details will be posted as they become available.

The Austin Storm Club Mission:1) To cultivate and develop its younger players to prepare them for high school softball, and
2) To further develop its high school players in ASA and college exposure venues to prepare them
for recruitment into college-level fastpitch softball programs.
2009 NCAA Signing Underway
Congratulations go out to Whitney Bailey, the Austin Storm’s first college commitment in its Class of 2009. Bailey, a senior catcher and third-baseman at Austin’s Bowie high school has committed to Mesa State College in Grand Junction, Colorado.
